On Happy Birthday to Something That is Not a Person

Today marked the one year aniversary of the signing of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). I visited the Hill with some colleagues and gave cupcakes to Senators and Representatives who have been champions of expanding access, controlling health care costs and ensuring quality.
